Nothing much happen recently. sleep eat sleep!

I didn't dare to put myself on the weighing machine after i'm back from States. So yesturday i gather all my courage. I SEE MY WEIGHT! I NEARLY FAINT

SO I SHALL DECIDED to shake off my fabby arms, My elephant legs and Rubbish bin size waist.
